ADULT PREVENTION PLAN: $475/ANNUALLY

OVER $1100 VALUE, OVER $600 TOTAL SAVINGS

  • 2 Prophylactic cleanings
  • 1 Examination (2 if needed)
  • Full mouth radiographs
  • 2 Fluoride treatments (If requested)
  • Oral cancer screening(s)
  • 15% discount on treatment (exclusions may apply)
  • $500 off Invisalign
  • 1 Emergency examination with x-ray

ADULT PERIO MAINTENANCE PLAN: $799/ANNUALLY

OVER $1450 VALUE, OVER $650 TOTAL SAVINGS

  • 3 Periodontal maintenance cleanings
  • 1 Examination (2 if needed)
  • Full mouth radiographs
  • 2 Fluoride treatments (If requested)
  • Oral cancer screening(s)
  • 15% discount on SRP & additional cleanings

CHILD PREVENTION PLAN: $375/ANNUALLY

OVER $800 VALUE, OVER $400 TOTAL SAVINGS
